Civil Society

It is an institution, which tends to provide peaceful co-habitation among several groups without harm to any and to the advantage of all. Civil society begins to exist only when human race divided into several groups, feels the need of some agreement between them.  The proximate of the civil society is to regulate the relationship between several co-existent groups so that they malt all link in a way more secure and advantageous for each of them.
Civil society does not begin therefore with natural and spontaneous knowledge, but as the result of ‘freedom’.  In this respect it is not the work of nature, but of human activity; it can suitably be called man-made, because it is good, its proximate end, is not given by nature but found as a result of human genius and art.  The proper of the civil society is the regulation of the modality if the rights of citizens.  So the civil society is the supreme universal, structural and functional unit of any state.
